Tesla Wheel Repair

Curbed an Aero? Bent a 21" Überturbine on a Valley pothole? Your Tesla wheel can almost always be saved — straightened, structurally repaired, and refinished to factory color, for a fraction of a $400–$1,200 OEM replacement.

Every Tesla, every wheel

From the daily-driven Model 3 to the Plaid, we know the wheels and the finishes — and the structural demands an EV puts on them.

Model 3 & Model Y

18" Aero, 19" Sport, 20" Induction, and 21" Überturbine wheels — curb rash, bends, and clear-coat damage corrected to factory spec.

Model S & Model X

19"–22" Tempest, Arachnid, and Cyberstream wheels refinished and straightened with the finish matched, not approximated.

Aero Caps & Two-Tone

We work around aero covers and reproduce diamond-cut, machined, and two-tone faces that generic shops simply paint over.

Performance & Plaid

Staggered performance setups balanced and trued so range, ride, and tire wear stay where Tesla engineered them.

Our Tesla repair process

01

Inspection & TPMS Care

We inspect the wheel and protect the TPMS sensor and valve. EV wheels carry more weight and torque than a comparable gas car — we assess for structural safety first, cosmetics second.

02

Straighten & Structural Repair

Bends are hydraulically pressed back to true; cracks are TIG-welded with aircraft-grade aluminum and pressure-tested. Nothing unsafe goes back on the car.

03

Finish Match

Aero gray, sport black, machined, and two-tone finishes are color-matched and re-cleared — so a single repaired wheel doesn't stand out against the other three.

04

Balance & Return

Every wheel is balanced before it leaves. On an EV, an out-of-balance wheel you can feel at 70 also quietly eats range and tire life.

Why Tesla owners choose us over a body shop

EV-aware: we account for the extra curb weight and instant torque Teslas put through their wheels

Finish matching on aero, machined, and two-tone faces — not a flat rattle-can respray

TPMS sensors protected and re-seated, not destroyed

5.0★ across 147 reviews — Tesla owners across the Valley trust us with $400–$1,200 OEM wheels

Most repairs same-day, so you're not down a car for a week

Honest calls — if a wheel can't be made safe, we tell you instead of welding it anyway

Built for Arizona Teslas

Valley heat is brutal on wheel finishes. UV and 115° asphalt fade and lift clear coat faster here than almost anywhere — and Phoenix expansion joints and potholes bend low-profile EV wheels with no warning.

We refinish with UV-stable clear and color-match for the desert sun, so a repaired Tesla wheel still matches its three neighbors a year from now.

Before & after, every time

We photograph your wheel before we start and after we finish. You see exactly what the curb rash looked like and exactly how it came out — no guesswork, no "trust us."

Tesla Wheel Repair Questions

Can you repair Tesla curb rash without replacing the wheel?+
Almost always, yes. Curb rash on a Tesla aero or sport wheel is sanded, filled, re-profiled, and refinished to match — for a fraction of the $400–$1,200 a replacement OEM wheel costs. Send us a photo and we'll confirm before you book.
Will repairing a bent Tesla wheel affect range or TPMS?+
A properly straightened and balanced wheel actually protects your range — a bent or out-of-balance wheel scrubs energy and wears tires unevenly. We protect and re-seat the TPMS sensor so no warning light comes back on.
Do you match the factory Tesla finish?+
Yes. We reproduce aero gray, sport black, machined, and two-tone diamond-cut faces and re-clear them so the repaired wheel matches the other three. Generic body shops usually just paint over the original finish — we don't.
How much does Tesla wheel repair cost?+
It depends on the wheel and the damage. We don't post a flat Tesla price because a 21" Überturbine with a machined face is a different job than an 18" Aero. Text a photo for a firm quote — estimates are always free.
Where do I bring my Tesla in the Phoenix area?+
We serve Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Phoenix, and the surrounding East Valley by appointment. Call or text +1-480-235-9301 and we'll set a same-day or next-day slot.
